Resync Labs

Where our frontline QA experience turns into tools our clients can actually use. One product in closed beta. More in the pipeline.

Why We Built Resync Labs

Every consulting engagement leaves behind the same question: what tool would have made this easier? Resync Labs is where we answer it — grounded in the programmes our team ships every week, not theorised from a whiteboard.

The goal is simple: turn ten years of lessons from banking, government, and telco programmes into products any test team can use.

What We’re Building

One product live in closed beta. Two more in active development. Here’s what’s on the workbench today.

QA platform — closed beta

A cloud platform that runs Playwright test suites on demand. Customers manage their scripts, buy run credits, and get results, screenshots, and logs back in minutes — not the hours it takes to stand up a test VM themselves. Currently running with our first beta cohort on live workloads.

AI-Native Automation

AI-assisted test authoring, self-healing locators, and LLM-driven coverage analysis — layered on top of the frameworks we already use in client engagements. Built for teams who want automation without the maintenance tax.

Community-First Design

Every tool we ship is shaped by what our consultants see on the ground. If the NZ QA community is asking a question, our Labs team is the one building the answer.

Innovation Rooted in Experience

What sets Resync Labs apart? Our team isn’t theorising about testing problems from a whiteboard — they’ve lived them. Every product we build is grounded in the reality of programmes where failure is not an option. We know what works because we’ve tested it under pressure, at scale, on systems that matter.

“We’ve spent years solving these challenges manually for individual clients. Resync Labs lets us productise those solutions so the entire community benefits. We’re building the tools we wish we’d had on every programme we’ve ever delivered.”

— Brendon Lang, Consultant at Resync
